A <\/span>bachelor of arts in economics<\/b><\/a> is regarded as fundamentally interdisciplinary and acts as a bridge between the humanities and quantitative areas as well as social sciences. It is different from a BSc in Economics, which prioritizes pure mathematical modeling, whereas a BA in Economics puts stress on economic theory with a wide understanding of history, behaviour and society.
