At Geeta University, The Training and Placement Cell plays an important role in all our academic departments, which trains the students to become professionally competent engineers and managers by providing value-based quality education and making them ready for the Corporate world.

We take great pride in the fact that during the last few years, the demand for our graduates has increased exponentially. Today the global employment market has changed from what it was just a decade ago. Organizations are not only looking for individuals with a prescribed skill set but more importantly individuals with an aptitude to expand this required skill set in the course of their work. They require the recruit to be competent and able enough to imbibe that training quickly and effectively.

The gap between industry requirements and the knowledge imparted through course curriculum is bridged by regularly conducting Soft skills & Personality Development workshops to help improve their communication skills, build their confidence, and turn the students into industry-ready professionals. Our departments organize HR conclaves, guest lectures, and industrial visits & are always striving to strengthen the Industrial Interface.

The department is constantly pitching different industries to build relations and networks with industry leaders for placements of our Engineering as well as Management students. To add more to the subject, this year has been somewhat better as an institute and the Placement cell managed to extend various opportunities to students.
