SUSTAIN-AI 2026:

The International Conference on Business Resilience, Sustainable AI and Inclusive Growth (SUSTAIN-AI 2026) is a premier academic forum hosted at Geeta University that seeks to explore the transformative potential of emerging technologies in shaping resilient, sustainable, and inclusive business ecosystems. The conference brings together a diverse community of academicians, industry practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and technology innovators from around the world to engage in meaningful dialogue on the evolving intersections of artificial intelligence, sustainability, and strategic management.

The contemporary global economy is experiencing a period of profound transformation. Organizations across industries are confronting complex challenges ranging from geopolitical uncertainties and economic volatility to climate change, technological disruption, and widening socio-economic inequalities. These interconnected challenges demand innovative and integrated solutions that combine technological advancement with responsible governance and sustainable business practices.

Against this backdrop, SUSTAIN-AI 2026 aims to provide a multidisciplinary platform to examine how organizations can leverage artificial intelligence, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies to enhance resilience while advancing environmental sustainability and inclusive growth. The conference encourages scholarly contributions that address both theoretical and practical dimensions of sustainable technological transformation.

A key objective of the conference is to facilitate the exchange of ideas between academia and industry. By bringing together thought leaders and practitioners, the event seeks to foster collaborative research and knowledge sharing on how technology-driven innovation can address pressing global challenges while generating long-term economic value.

The conference programme is structured as a two-day academic and professional engagement platform. The first day will feature specialized pre-conference workshops designed to enhance participants’ research capabilities and technological competencies. These workshops will focus on qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, emerging AI tools for business analytics, and sustainability frameworks relevant to contemporary organizations.

The second day will include keynote addresses by internationally recognized scholars and industry experts, followed by parallel technical sessions where researchers will present their papers across multiple thematic tracks. An editors’ panel discussion will also provide valuable insights into publishing in reputed international journals and enhancing the impact of academic research.

The conference focuses on several critical thematic areas including AI-driven sustainability solutions, technology management in rapidly evolving digital ecosystems, ESG-based corporate governance, data-driven decision making, sustainable finance, and inclusive economic development. These themes reflect the growing importance of integrating technological innovation with responsible leadership and environmental stewardship.

SUSTAIN-AI 2026 also provides participants with significant opportunities for academic recognition and professional development. Selected high-quality papers will be considered for publication in reputed SCOPUS-indexed journals and conference proceedings, providing global visibility to impactful research contributions. Participants will also benefit from expert feedback, networking opportunities, and the development of long-term international research collaborations.

By convening global experts and emerging scholars, the conference aims to stimulate innovative thinking and actionable insights that align technological progress with sustainability, ethical governance, and inclusive economic growth. Ultimately, SUSTAIN-AI 2026 aspires to contribute to shaping future-ready organizations and responsible leadership capable of addressing the complex challenges of the digital and sustainable economy.

Key Focus Areas

1

Impact of Artificial Intelligence

AI deployment is accelerating rapidly across industries to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability. A critical gap that ails the process of AI adoption and deployment is the measurement of AI's actual impact on sustainability outcomes. As organizations employ more AI tools in their processes, it is important that they develop robust frameworks for AI impact measurement and analysis for business sustainability.

2

Technology Management

The effective lifespan of technologies continues to compress. Artificial Intelligence capabilities, cloud architectures, cybersecurity protocols, and even business models face continuous disruption. This creates organizational obsolescence risk, workforce disruption, capital allocation challenges, and immense innovation pressure. The Conference aims to create awareness on technology evolution and adoption for business resilience.

3

Sustainable Business Strategy & ESG

Organizations must embed sustainability into their core strategies — not as an add-on, but as a driver of long-term value creation. This focus area explores ESG-driven governance, responsible leadership, climate risk management, and the integration of sustainability metrics into enterprise decision-making and reporting.

4

Data-Driven Decision Making

The convergence of big data, business intelligence, and advanced analytics is reshaping how organizations make decisions. This area covers data-driven strategy, predictive modelling, AI-powered business intelligence, digital transformation, and the ethical governance of algorithmic decision systems.

5

Inclusive Growth & Social Impact

Inclusive growth requires deliberate strategies to ensure the benefits of economic progress and technological advancement are broadly shared. This area focuses on financial inclusion, access to technology, equitable workforce development, and sustainable livelihood creation — particularly in emerging economies.

Call For Papers

We invite submissions from academics, researchers, doctoral students, policymakers, and industry professionals addressing theoretical and empirical issues. The conference focuses on cutting-edge topics such as data-driven decision-making, AI, blockchain, and cybersecurity in business management, as well as sustainable development through computational science, financial management integration, business intelligence, and digital transformation strategies.
